How Can I Perform?
Like most folk venue's, the first 30 minutes usually has a couple of opening musicians performing a few songs and warming up the audience.. For the second half of the evening, there is feature performer who will perform a 60 minute set.. There is an honorarium for the feature performers.
The venue is a historic building from the ealy days of Steveston's heritage, named the Chinese Bunkhouse. The atmosphere is very intimate, and the acoustics are great. In keeping with the ambiance of Chinese Bunkhouse, all music is performed acoustically (no PA's or amplified equipment).
